Yarn Selection
Each batch of yarn is tested and assured for overall quality, such as-
evenness, barring, strength and yarn count.
Griege Fabric Inspection
Once approved by our QC professionals, the batches of yarn again pass through a stringent test run of knitting, dyeing and finishing in order to set precise knitting parameters. In the ensuing phase, every knitted roll is checked for pin-holes, needle lines, sinker lines, oil spots and for absolute quality. After final approval, the lots are forwarded to the dyeing department.
Laboratory
Our modern and well equipped laboratory is equipped with the latest equipments including the Spectrophotometer, to perform comprehensive lab tests of various natures on internationally recognized standards. Each lot of dyed fabric is checked at our in house lab for:

Final Inspection
To accomplish the vision of quality, the Final Inspection department is duly manned by qualified professionals who check each lot of the finished fabric. This department ensures the levelness of dyeing, hand feel, softness, consistency of specified widths etc, exactly as per customer specifications.
